Oh my god - I’m in (subject to acceptance by the organisers)

Well the email came yesterday, subject to agreement by the organisers I’m in, if I can keep myself in one piece for the next 80 days I will be on the start line of the ‘World’s toughest foot race’, although I have done plenty of reading and research there is so much to do in so little time, there is equipment to buy, ECG's to arrange, food to organise, clothing to try out, trainers/socks/foot taping strategies for the desert, etc. etc oh and not forgetting plenty of training to be done!!
